水机,在行业中分为风冷式冷水机和水冷式冷水机 两种,冷水机在温度控制上分为低温冷水机和常温冷水机,常温温度一般控制在0度-35度范围内。低温机温度控制一般在0度-零下100度左右范围。它是一种水冷却设备,冷水机是一种能提供恒温、恒流、恒压的冷却水设备。

冷水机工作原理编辑是先向机内水箱注入一定量的水,通过冷水机制冷系统将水冷却,再由水泵将低温冷却水送入需冷却的设备,冷水机冷冻水将热量带走后温度升高再回流到水箱,达到冷却的作用。

冷水机高压故障及处理措施
High voltage failure of cold water machine and its treatment measures
 
(1)、冷却水温偏高,冷凝效果不良。冷水机组要求的冷却水额定工况在30~35℃,水温高,散热不良,必然导致冷凝压力高,这种现象往往发生在高温季节。造成水温高的原因可能是:冷却塔故障,如风机未开甚至反转,布水器不转,表现为冷却水温度很高,而且快速升高;外界气温高,水路短,可循环的水量少,这种情况冷却水温度一般维持在较高的水平,可以采取增加储水池的办法予以解决。
(1) the cooling water temperature is high, and the effect of condensation is bad. The rated cooling water requirement of chillers is at 30~35 C, high water temperature and poor heat dissipation will inevitably lead to high condensation pressure. This phenomenon often occurs in high temperature season.  The cause of the high temperature may be: cooling tower wind machine without fault, or even reverse, the water distributor does not turn to the cooling water temperature is very high, but increased rapidly; the outside temperature is high, water is short, the recycling of water consumption, the temperature of cooling water in this situation is generally maintained at a relatively high level, can take increase the storage tank to be resolved.
(2)、冷却水流量不足,达不到额定水流量。主要表现是机组进出水压力差变小(与系统投入运行之初的压力差相比),温差变大。造成水流量不足的原因是系统缺水或存有空气,解决办法是在管道高处安装排气阀进行排气;管道过滤器堵塞或选用过细,透水能力受限,应选用合适的过滤器并定期清理过滤网;水泵选用较小,与系统不配套。
(2) the flow of cooling water is not enough to reach the rated water flow. (3)、冷凝器结垢或堵塞。冷凝水一般用自来水,在30℃以上时很容易结垢,而且由于冷却塔是开式的,直接暴露在空气中,灰尘异物很容易进入冷却水系统,造成冷凝器脏堵,换热面积小,效率低,而且也影响水流量。其表现是机组进出水压力差、温差变大,用手摸冷凝器上下温度都很高,冷凝器出液铜管烫手。应定期对机组进行反冲洗,必要时进行化学清洗除垢。
(3) the condenser is fouled or blocked. The unit should be backwashed regularly and chemical cleaning should be carried out when necessary.
 
(4)、制冷剂充注过多。这种情况一般发生在维修之后,表现为吸排气压力、平衡压力都偏高,压缩机运行电流也偏高。应在额定工况下根据吸排气压力和平衡压力以及运行电流放气,直至正常。
(4) overcharge of refrigerant. This situation usually occurs after maintenance, which shows that the suction and exhaust pressure, the balance pressure are high, and the compressor running current is also high. Under the rated condition, the air pressure, the balance pressure and the operating current should be deflated until the normal.
 
(5)、制冷剂内混有空气、氮气等不凝结气体。这种情况一般发生在维修后,抽真空不彻底。只能排掉,重新抽真空,重新充注制冷剂。

(6)、电气故障引起的误报。由于高压保护继电器受潮、接触不良或损坏,单元电子板受潮或损坏,通信故障引起误报。这种假故障,往往电子板上的HP故障指示灯不亮或微亮,高压保护继电器手动复位无效,电脑显示“HPRESET”,或自动消失,测压缩机运行电流正常,吸排气压力也正常。
(6) misinformation caused by electrical faults.
